Audio Software Installation Page
You will need a login ID and password to connect. If you are at this
page you should already have a user ID and password.
If you need help with the installation, send an email to
newsstrike@hold.com (include a
call-back number if possible) and someone will get back to you.
*Turning Off Notifications (to disable user engaged,
disengaged announcements)
- Set up the software by following the step by step screen-shots
Installation portion complete and Teamspeak will launch.
- Follow these steps to connect to the NewStrike Server:
Right click and select "Add Server"
- Then enter the following information to connect the client to the News
Strike server:
Label = NewStrike
Server Address = news.newsstrike.com (IP address is 97.107.240.21)
Nickname = enter your Last name, followed by your First name.
Registered - radio button must be selected.
Login Name = the login ID provided by the NewsStrike.com desk
User Password = the password provided by the NewsStrike.com desk -
newsstrike@hold.com
(all the above fields are required, the software
will not work otherwise)
- Once you click connect you will hear an acknowledgement that you have
properly connected. (Link engaged)

- If you'd like to turn off all notifications follow these steps:
Then select the Sound Notifications tab and click on Disable all sounds.
